Terms & Agreements *

I understand we have access to venue from the time block listed on our contract. No early entry or late departure is allowed unless scheduled in advanced. I understand our set-up/breakdown and all rental deliveries/pick-up must happen during the hours listed on our contract. Any additional time needed will be scheduled in advanced. I understand I am responsible for making sure all trash and personal items are removed from all spaces/rooms used prior to departure. This includes any dropped petals, décor, programs passed out to guests, water bottles, signage, etc. Trash should be disposed of in the trash bins provided by the venue. Additional trash bins & bags can be provided, please ask a supervisor or facilities team. **A cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the security deposit on file.
