Campus Access & Parking Details

The entrance is located on Commonwealth Ave (next to a soccer field). All visitors must check in at the green security booth and then will be directed to park. (see map)

Anyone accessing campus during school hours (9am - 5pm) will be required to show a valid ID at the security gate prior to entry and will be entered into the federal *RAPTOR identification system.

**RAPTOR is a visitor registration system that enhances school security by reading visitor drivers' licenses, comparing information to a sex offender database, alerting campus administrators if a match is found, then (assuming no match was made) printing a visitor badge that includes a photo.**

Parking is available onsite. There is unground parking available, and the vehicle height clearance is 8ft. Upper Parking lot can be reserved for VIPs for special events. Please reserve spaces with an Event Supervisor in advance. You will have access to 10 parking spots.

LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Vendors may unload curbside or at the upper small parking lot. We request vehicles to move and park underground prior to setting up so that other vehicles can load-in as well. 


Coordinator Details

  • CLIENT must designate an on-site representative who will be in contact with the VENUE SUPERVISOR. That person will be responsible for coordinating staff/vendor arrivals/departures & completing a final walkthrough of all spaces used.

  • On-site representative is responsible for making sure all set up items, décor, trash and personal items are removed from all spaces/rooms used prior to departure. This includes any programs passed out to guests, water bottles, signage, etc. Trash should be disposed of in the bins around campus and in rooms. Additional trash bins & bags can be provided, please ask a supervisor or facilities.

    A cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the security deposit on file.


Time Blocks & Overages

All of the following must take place within your contracted time block: arrivals/departures, vendor load-in/out, setup/breakdown and sound checks (if needed). If additional time is needed, client must schedule in advance. We suggest confirming with vendors the amount of time needed for setup/breakdown.

Early arrivals/time overages will be deducted from the security deposit on file.


Load-in &
Load-Out

You may park and unload curbside or on the Upper Small lot and move vehicle underground prior to setting up so other vehicles can load-in/load-out as well.


No Smoking

Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited on any area of the venueproperty, inside and outside
